Will state that creating an account or using VeriNotaryo constitutes agreement to these terms, and how a reader who does not agree should stop using the service.

2. Eligibility

Will set the minimum age, the jurisdictions the service is offered in, and the requirement that account details be accurate and belong to the person registering.

3. Your Account

Will cover registration and email verification, keeping your contact details current, responsibility for activity on your account, and how to report unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

Will list prohibited conduct, including impersonation, submitting forged or altered documents, interfering with the service, and attempting to circumvent its security.

5. Notarial Services and Records

Will describe what a notarization performed through VeriNotaryo does and does not establish, the role of the commissioned notary, and how the resulting journal entries and recordings are created and kept.

6. Fees and Payment

Will set out pricing, when charges are incurred, accepted payment methods, taxes, and the refund policy.

7. Intellectual Property

Will confirm that you keep ownership of the documents you submit, and describe the limited licence you grant us to process them and the rights we retain in the app.

8. Suspension and Termination

Will explain when we may suspend or close an account, how you may close yours, and which obligations and records survive termination.

9. Disclaimers

Will clarify that VeriNotaryo provides a platform rather than legal advice, and disclaim warranties to the extent the law allows.

10. Limitation of Liability

Will cap our liability and exclude indirect and consequential losses, subject to the rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

Will name the governing law, the venue for disputes, and any required notice or informal resolution step before formal proceedings.

12. Changes to These Terms

Will describe how we notify you of revisions, when they take effect, and what continued use of the service after a change signifies.
